SPCA Live Concert Highlights: Helping Animals
|
Highlights from the SPCA concert. Live performances by Gray Bartlett, Sel Nash, Keith Lightfoot and Eddie Low.
SPCA: "Our mission is to encourage the humane treatment of all animals and to prevent cruelty being inflicted upon them. We do everything we can to ensure that all animals are being looked after. We want everyone to know how to look after their animals and give them the love and respect they deserve. This means rescuing animals in trouble and providing medical care, love, and shelter for the animals. It means our Inspectors and Education Team working in different communities teaching people how to look after their animals. All profits from album sales go to help animal rescue, shelter and care. http://www.spcaalbum.co.nz/ |
Conference Presentation Feedback
I have had numerous opportunities to meet, socialise, watch and listen to Keith and on each occasion found him to be totally engaging, informative, motivational and inspiring.
"Keith has the wonderful ability to communicate from real life stories, underpinning strong messages of vision, commitment and teamwork that coupled with his humorous delivery, leave you with fond memories not only of the presentation, but salient points that will stay with you well after the event has concluded." I thoroughly recommend Keith to anyone who wants to develop both personally and within a team to greater levels of success, life and business goals.

Keith Lightfoot was recently invited to be a Keynote speaker at our Queenstown Partnership forum. I had never met or heard Keith speak before, however he came highly recommended from one of our managers. Keith was professional, thoroughly prepared, and was able to adapt his presentation to the mood of the audience. Keith's performance and meaningful discussions with all participants at our forum was very well received. Keith's thought provoking topics left everyone in the room with a desire to continue strongly on the path of self awareness and improvement within our companies and personal lives. "I have no hesitation in recommending Keith to any prospective client and would definitively use Keith and his lovely wife Andrea again."

It's great when like minded people come together with the goal of being better people & therefore better businesses. Your contribution last Friday gave the conference attendees, life direction, importance of goal setting, reading body language & great thoughts on effective communication. You are an entertaining, excellent & effective communicator. We all enjoyed your session." John Grant, Executive Director, Consolidated Property Services |
Conference Presentation Feedback
Over the years I have been fortunate to listen to quite a number of local and overseas speakers. Recently I had the privilege of hearing Keith Lightfoot speak and it was like a breath of fresh air. We had never met previously but I am sure that Keith was speaking directly to me. How did he know that I was needing to hear what he had to say. Keith speaks from the heart and reminded me of things I had learned years ago but had put to one side. Attitude is everything. Thanks for the mental chain jerk Keith, I needed that. "If you ever get the opportunity to hear Keith speak, grab it with both hands as I have no doubt that he has a personal message for everyone. Keith is also a talented songwriter and musician, see if you can extract a song or two out of him!"

By far the majority of Members and Guests really enjoyed your presentation and the messages it conveyed – that it created so much discussion and debate was a real positive to me. We all appreciated the massive amount of research you had obviously put into preparing the presentation Keith – particularly given that I had “Given you a topic to present on rather than you presenting on a topic/speciality of your choice”. I felt your presentation was uniquely researched and extremely well delivered – it was challenging, provocative in places however importantly, it got us all thinking! I was very happy with both your presentation and the discussion/debate it drew out from the group. Overall you left us all with a great message… you certainly shook a few up with your call to action Keith! Again our sincere thanks and appreciation for a highly meaningful contribution to us all- we will all take some action which hopefully will see us better understanding how we identify and cope with “ Depression- to be or not to be”. Great Job….Well Done!

What I liked best about your talk was that it surprised me; the combination of a light-hearted approach combined with an emotionally powerful message was
something that I didn't expect and rarely see. What I would say to someone else in recommending you would be; “Keith has an ability to draw an audience in and hold their attention before delivering a powerful message that comes straight from the heart”.

Conference Presentation Feedback
I was attending a New Zealand Computer Society conference when in the middle of our dinner we were interrupted by the announcement of a guest speaker.
Dinner is not a good time to be a guest speaker especially if you are carrying a guitar.
I was well prepared to suffer the usual line of jokes and anecdotes and with a few drinks under my belt happy to become the heckler from hell.
Boy was I in for a shock, Keith was disarming and delightful and a very funny, sometimes poignant but a speaker who held the crowd in the palm of his hand.
I heckled of course, but with wit and good humour Keith rose above my occasional jibe and delivered a first class evening of entertainment. Keith's ability to get the whole audience to sing at the end is a testament to his ability to engage his audience.
"I would thoroughly recommend Keith to anyone looking for a world class speaker with soul, humour and something a little different to offer".
Nick Rowney, Client Relationship Manager, 3months
“Training should impact beliefs in order to deliver a permanent change." Building skills is important but in critical situations we revert to our default position- and in doing so we abandon new skills- old performance standards return. I have seen Keith Lightfoot impact beliefs and skills. I have loved the way he uses humour to engage, disarm and transform. I have seen Keith speak on several occasions and he has consistently delivered high quality performances. His business experience is extensive, and this supports his analytical mind in developing affective strategies and approaches to situations.

Lyn and I both thoroughly enjoyed your inspiring seminar and the comments you made. It is fair to say we both had preconceived ideas on what you would be talking about with it being something quite boring with intermittent yawning followed by head nodding and eventually dozing. Well the 85 second rule kicked in and we liked not only what you were saying but how you were saying it. "What you were saying actually made sense to both of us."
When the key is in the lock all you have to do is turn it to enable you to walk through the door. Don’t wait for someone to come and open it as it might never happen.

Keith I have seen you speak many times here in NZ and on international stage, you have always inspired me and made me laugh with that awesome sense of humor of yours. Many thanks for those special times mate and in helping me as you have..cheers!!!

I have been very blessed to listen to a speaker of Keith Lightfoot’s calibre. In May 2014 my son (9 years old) and I had the privilege of hearing Keith Lightfoot speak at the Camp Columba Father & Sons camp. We had never met him before so as you do you always weigh the content up and by nature I automatically kick my discernment side into gear but it didn't take long before my spirit was reassured by this “Man of God” Keith, whom God was using to speak directly to me. Keith is someone that speaks from the heart and shares a lot of life's experiences. He reminded me that a positive Attitude is everything. If you ever get the opportunity to be blessed by hearing Keith speak then you are one of the lucky ones. Keith is a truly talented songwriter, musician, speaker and entertainer oh and a comedian too!! Bless you Keith you are really doing the Lord’s service in such a humble and encouraging way!

I liked the presentation style – perfectly suited to the occasion. Very light-hearted and with plenty of humour.
"Absolutely worthwhile, great at engaging with his audience through humour".

Keith Lightfoot, quite possibly the 'Napoleon Hill' of today is clearly a man of his word. Letting his actions do the talking for him, his significant business experience combined with his wit and PG humour has culminated in someone I am pleased to recommend as an International Conference Speaker like no other. His credibility in business, his ability to have 'you' change your life, not just think about changing it makes this man, one you will never be the same for meeting. The world needs more like him - but so long as he keeps doing what he does, we will indeed have just that. "He is truly one of a kind.”
Cameron Morris, Owner, BCM Holdings International
Thank you for a great seminar and your book. The message that you present in both is not new, but the simple and personal way that you present it is. This message would be of little value for someone who is not ready to hear it, but for many it would be one of the most valuable discoveries that they could make.
Barrie Calder, CEO, Arnold Products
I have been privileged to listen to Keith for many years, before he took to the stage. Unfortunately I have never heard him in front of a big crowd. But if all the wisdom, love, common sense, along with the huge amount of knowledge he has comes together in one place, I would want to be back in NZ to be there and listen.
Ian Gordon, CEO, TFGCorp
Keith is a quietly spoken person with a very important message about human relationships
Keith offers a timely reminder, in a light hearted, pleasant way the key ingredients for us as humans to better get along.
"I very much enjoyed his presentation".
